Tonight we went to Hannah's cross country banquet at Champion's Club.  Hannah had a good season this year in cross country, running in both districts and state.  I couldn't get many pictures at the banquet--the lighting in the room is awful.  The girls did pose for a few pictures with friends at the end.  Hannah is with her friends, Miranda and Anna in this one.

Yea!  Becca hasn't been able to get cash from the ATM's in Nottingham using her green card.  Joe and Becca have both been talking to the bank this last week trying to get the situation worked out.  Today she was finally able to get cash!  One less thing for me to worry about.  (I try not to worry--WWMS, right Mom) but sometimes it's hard not to!

Ok, this picture was actually taken off of facebook, but I wanted mention Emma's work in the play at Grinnell.  She and her friends have been really busy helping with Rebecca's play.  I'm very thankful that she has made such good friends at college.

Hannah had some troubles at the Humane Society today when she was walking dogs.  One dog in particular was jumping on her and biting at her (just playing).  She ended up with a big tear in the back of her sweatshirt and three small holes in the sleeves as well as bruises on her arm.  Poor baby--she was just trying to be nice and look how she got treated today!

Joe and Hannah left this morning at 4:30am to get to the 11:00 Iowa-Michigan football game in Iowa City.  They had breakfast at the Hamburg Inn with Grandma, Grandpa, Suz and Gary before heading over to the game.  It was overcast and windy, but Iowa won!  Happy Birthday Joe!  Happy Anniversary Mom & Dad!
