Joe broke his right humerus this evening! He fell on black ice in the driveway. He was able to find his blackberry (good thing it lights up) and call 911, and then he called me. Hannah and I were inside the house, but didn’t know that he was home yet. The ambulance took him to Methodist emergency room where they took x-rays and then set the arm in a temporary splint. We go to see the Ortho doctor on Monday. Hopefully he won’t need surgery.
