Finally got in to see the ortho doctor at this afternoon. He checked out the x-rays (before and after setting) and thinks the best way to go is a compression sleeve. Hopefully Joe won’t have to have surgery. Getting the right sleeve was a bit of an ordeal for Joe. They tried four different types and lots of adjustments. He was glad to get done and back home to rest. He hasn’t complained, but I could tell that he wasn’t feeling very well.
